自 2018 年6月1 1 日起，由恒达平台檔案館製作出具的中英文成績翻譯單、學歷學位證書翻譯件🤶🏽、信封封口章以及各類獎學金證書翻譯件認證等，將采用認證專用章（圖1），原認證章（圖2）、封口章（圖3）即廢止。同時❓，原所用紙張也同步更換。在此之前在檔案館辦理的翻譯件，一年之內加印的仍使用原版，特此通知。樣張如下：

Notice
We would like to announce that from 11st.June,2018, Archives of Tongji University would start using only one special seal (Picture1) for authentication of translation including transcript, diploma certificate, degree certificate, envelope and scholarship certificate. The former seals (Picture 2 and 3) would be abolished at the same time. The paper for Transcript is also changed. Extra copy in one year of the translation made before in Archives remain the same.
